The idea behind the Charlotte Leadership Forum grew out of the desire of four men in their 50s and 60s to help younger men grow and develop in their relationship with God, and in their effectiveness as leaders in their families, churches, and communities.
Three of the four met Christ around 1970
Four men began meeting together over 30 years ago.
They developed a longing for young people to enjoy the training and fellowship that the founders have enjoyed—except 20 to 30 years earlier in their lives.
